What is Google Web Stories & How to create Google Web Stories?

Google Web Stories is a feature that allows users to create visually rich, interactive stories for the web. To create a Google Web Story, you will need to use the Google Web Stories plugin for WordPress or the Google Web Stories creator tool.

To use the plugin:

1. Install and activate the Google Web Stories plugin on your WordPress site.
2. Create a new post and select the “Web Story” post format.
3. Use the plugin’s visual editor to add text, images, videos, and other elements to your story.
4. Publish your story and it will automatically be eligible to be featured on Google Search and the Google Discover feed.

To use the Creator tool:

1. Go to g.co/webstories
2. Click on “Create a Web Story”
3. Sign in with your Google account
4. Follow the steps to create your story.
5. Publish your story and it will automatically be eligible to be featured on Google Search and the Google Discover feed.

Please note that Google Web Stories is a feature that is currently only available on mobile devices.
