1. Spinning Around in a Circle
I bet you didn’t know this was great for getting a flat belly! But it is as whenever you spin about in a circle, you stimulate your Endocrine System to stabilize it’s hormonal output. When that happens, the body of yours is in ideal weight loss mode. Just spin around to get somewhat dizzy. Don’t overdo it. 2. Hindu Squats
This is good for obtaining a flat belly due to the huge amount of oxygen you burn through doing these. What you do is squat up as well as down as fast as is possible while keeping your back rather straight. With each rep you both brush or tap the garden soil with your finger tips. This insures you’re going down far enough. Start by doing 100 of such one day for 5 days a week. The following week add hundred more. Continue doing that unless you are able to do 300-500 total hindu squats in a day. (Note: You do not need to do each one of them at once. Try doing them during television commercials making it easier on yourself.)
3. Jumping on a mini-trampoline
This is becoming the favorite exercise of mine among the “okinawa flat belly tonic at walmart (mouse click the up coming post) stomach” exercises of mine. You’d think it was easy, although it’s not. I just jump on it for two minutes at a time during tv commercials… performing it through one or two tv programs everyday.
