While placing Gauri Ganesh Ji, make sure that their face is towards the east or north direction. Now you yourself should also sit on a clean seat in such a way that your face is also towards the east or north direction and if you are performing the worship with your wife, then make her sit on your right side.

The bulls, the horses, the winds, the mothers of the bulls, the auspicious Yavanas, went to the Vvidathas. The Manus, the tongues of fire, the eyes of the gods, the gods of the universe, have come to us here. Let us hear with our ears the good news of the gods and see with our eyes the good news of the sacrificers. The gods are in the autumn of a hundred years, where our wheels are old and old. Where sons and fathers are, do not let us become my enemies.
Aditi is the heaven, Aditi is the space, Aditi is the mother, that is the father, that is the son. The five gods in the universe are Aditi, and Aditi is born of Aditi. Peace be upon the heavens, peace be upon the sky, peace be upon the earth, peace be upon the waters, and peace be upon the herbs. Peace be upon the trees, peace be upon the universe, peace be upon the gods, peace be upon the Brahman, peace be upon all, peace be upon the earth, peace be upon you, and may that peace be yours.
