Man City are planning a £ 200million summer party with Erling Haaland and Romelu Lukaku on the roster
Pep Guardiola is set to oversee a gigantic £ 200million transfer spending spree next summer, with Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland and Inter’s Romelu Lukaku among the names believed to be on Manchester City’s shopping list .
The Citizens need an offensive rebuild, and with Sergio Aguero’s future at the club on the line, they could end up with Gabriel Jesus as the only senior striker for next year.
However, the Man City hierarchy are ready to dig their hands deep in their pockets and prepare for a massive summer spending spree.
According to The Telegraph, the Premier League giants could spend around £ 200million on new faces, with superstar strikers Haaland and Lukaku both linked with a move to the Etihad stadium.
Haaland hasn’t stopped scoring since joining Dortmund 12 months ago, scoring 35 goals in as many appearances for the German giants. At 20, he’s already tipped to become a full-fledged global gaming icon, and his price will only increase every year.
This may encourage Guardiola to force his employer’s hand, as he seeks to find the missing piece to his puzzle. That missing piece could also be Inter star Lukaku, who has returned to the form he showed at Everton, before a few mixed years at Manchester United.
I want to thank God for putting me in this position. Thanks to my teammates for @Inter and at @BelRedDevils you put me in good positions every time! Thanks to both coaching teams for making me better.

The Belgian star tied a Nerazzurri club record set by Ronaldo in 1998, scoring 34 goals in all competitions – the record for all players in his debut season at San Siro. Lukaku has continued this rich vein of form this campaign and has repeatedly silenced his critics.
Then again, their main attacker may still be right under their nose. Man City haven’t given up hope in convincing Aguero to extend his contract with the Sky Blues, and they believe he has the ability and the form to compete regularly at this level.
However, should the Argentine decide to stay at the Etihad Stadium beyond next summer, that won’t stop them from pulling the trigger to sign the successor to their all-time top scorer.
Man City started their rebuilding this summer, spending more than £ 100million on defenders Ruben Dias and Nathan Ake, as well as Valencia winger Ferran Torres.
In addition to a new superstar forward, City are also looking for a defensive midfielder and left-back.
