Adidas Drop Throwback ‘Eternal Class’ Pack

There is nothing like a reissue of an old favorite soccer shoe.

It’s become a trend lately, when Nike dropped four pairs of retro boots for four consecutive weeks earlier this year in the “Future DNA” pack.

As the end of 2020 approaches, another of the endemic sportswear brands has decided to bring back a few old favorites.

One day too late for Christmas, adidas released “Eternal Class”, with the iconic Predator Absolute and a new Copa Mundial 20 look.

Both silos arrive in a very clean white colourway, with the famous three black stripes on the Preds and that pretty tongue also drenched in darkness on the Copas, while both have gold accents for a touch of class.

First released in 2006, the revamped Predator Absolute is a reminder to the glory days of Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard and Kaka, as it most faithfully represents this year’s David Beckham signing “Absolute Swerve”.

The Copa Mundial will be very reminiscent of the original Adipure boots worn by Lampard and Kaka from 2007 with its elegant and traditional look. There are small adaptations to the original Copas, with the reduced tongue and Copa 20+ sole glued to the bottom to bring the silo into the modern era.

Eternal class is complemented by the interior and exterior offerings of the Copa Mundial, once again in this crisp white colourway. Suede overlays are added to the K leather to give them a bit of durability.

Such is their intelligence, you could probably get away with jeans too. So if you didn’t know what to spend that Christmas money from your grandpa, uncle, or whatever, now you have three very solid options.
